Little Lord Fauntleroy

In the 1880s, young Cedric Errol resides in Brooklyn with his widowed mother, struggling through a life of refined poverty following his father's death. His estranged grandfather, the Earl of Dorincourt, previously severed ties with his son for choosing an American spouse. However, following the demise of his other remaining son, the Earl chooses to acknowledge Cedric as the official heir to the family title. This sudden transition forces the boy to leave his humble surroundings and relocate to his grandfather's estate, bridging the gap between his modest upbringing and the rigid expectations of his aristocratic lineage.
