Kung Pow: Enter the Fist

Blending contemporary acting with vintage 1970s cinema, this creative parody reimagines the martial arts genre through a unique film-within-a-film structure. The narrative follows a protagonist known as The Chosen One, who journeys through a world filled with bizarre individuals. Driven by a desire for vengeance following the tragic loss of his parents, he tracks down the formidable kung-fu master responsible for their demise, a villainous figure called Master Pain. By integrating new footage into existing period material, the production crafts a surreal experience that pits a modern hero against the iconic tropes and aesthetics of classic fighting movies.
