Story
The narrative unfolds in two distinct segments, beginning with the historical account of Moses guiding the Jewish people out of Egypt toward the Promised Land. This biblical portion highlights the reception of the sacred tablets and the subsequent transgression involving the golden calf. Transitioning to a modern setting in San Francisco, the film examines the practical application of these ancient commandments. The plot centers on two brothers whose relationship fractures due to their mutual affection for Mary and a professional betrayal, as one sibling uncovers the other's use of substandard building materials during the construction of a local cathedral.
