Story
Living within a residence destined for demolition, an elderly couple navigates a life defined by profound emotional detachment. Julien, a man formerly employed as a typographist, maintains a cold and silent household alongside his wife, Clemence, who once worked as a circus performer. The domestic atmosphere remains strained and devoid of meaningful conversation. Conflict erupts when Julien directs his remaining capacity for love exclusively toward his cat, Greffier. This singular bond serves as a catalyst for Clemence’s growing resentment, turning the feline into a focal point of her bitter frustration and deepening the divide between the estranged pair.
