Our Man in Havana

Living in Havana with his young daughter, Jim Wormold manages a lackluster vacuum cleaner business. His financial situation changes when he is approached by a representative from the British Secret Service named Hawthorne. Seeking to bolster his income, Wormold agrees to become an operative for the agency. His primary assignment involves establishing a clandestine network of informants throughout Cuba. As he navigates this new role, the expatriate salesman finds himself entangled in the complex world of international espionage, despite his lack of experience and the modest nature of his original profession as a simple merchant of household appliances.
