Story
A group of South Park third graders manages to watch a vulgar film featuring Canadian television stars Terrance and Phillip. This illicit viewing results in the children adopting offensive language, which deeply disturbs the local adults. As the community reacts with outrage, a widespread movement to censor the media escalates into a political demand for military conflict with Canada. With Terrance and Phillip facing execution due to the ensuing chaos, the young students find themselves as the sole individuals capable of saving the duo from their grim fate on death row.
