Me and Earl and the Dying Girl

Greg Gaines navigates his final year of high school by maintaining a low profile and avoiding meaningful social connections. Alongside his sole companion, Earl, he spends his time producing eccentric and imaginative short films. This carefully constructed isolation faces an unexpected challenge when Greg’s mother mandates that he strike up a friendship with a peer diagnosed with leukemia. As he reluctantly enters this new relationship, the delicate balance of his private world and his long-standing creative partnership begins to shift, forcing him to confront the complexities of human connection while attempting to preserve his established way of life.
