Our platform uses advanced AI models to generate story analyses and deep-dives. Please note the following regarding our AI content:

• The "Story Reveal" and "AI Analysis" features are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• You may not use automated scripts to scrape, collect, or distribute AI-generated text for commercial use without prior written consent.
• Zineoo AI outputs are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Zineoo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account details.
• Refrain from using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Respect the community standards when interacting with movie reviews or AI discussions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Zineoo logo, UI design, and custom site text are the property of Zineoo. Movie posters and metadata belong to their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zineoo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service. This includes reliance on generated analyses that may contain interpretive elements.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
